Customer Care & Service Policy

At Colors of the Valley LLC, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive experience for every customer. We want you to feel confident when ordering custom stickers, signs, printed materials, and other products from us.

We ask that customers provide accurate contact, shipping, billing, and order information and communicate with our team in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when the requested content, product, or conduct presents a safety concern, violates applicable law, infringes upon the rights of others, or is otherwise inappropriate for our business to produce.

Because many of our products are custom-made, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their submitted artwork, spelling, wording, colors, dimensions, quantities, and other order details before approving an order for production. Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Colors of the Valley LLC will make reasonable efforts to produce orders according to the specifications submitted or approved by the customer. Minor variations in color, appearance, cutting, sizing, or finished appearance may occur due to differences between digital displays, printing equipment, materials, and production processes.

If you have a question, concern, or issue with an order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will make reasonable efforts to review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order when necessary to protect our customers, employees, business, equipment, or legal rights.

Wholesale Inquiries

Colors of the Valley LLC welcomes wholesale, bulk, business, event, organization, and recurring printing inquiries.

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, production schedules, turnaround times, payment requirements, shipping arrangements, and other terms may vary depending on the type, quantity, materials, complexity, and frequency of an order. Wholesale pricing is not automatically applied to standard retail orders placed through our online store.

Customers interested in wholesale or recurring orders are encouraged to contact Colors of the Valley LLC directly before placing an order so that we can discuss available options and provide an appropriate quote.

A wholesale inquiry or quote does not constitute an accepted order. An order becomes binding only after the applicable pricing, specifications, production requirements, and payment terms have been agreed upon and accepted by Colors of the Valley LLC.

For large or recurring orders, Colors of the Valley LLC may require a deposit, payment in full, purchase order, approved artwork, or other documentation before production begins.

Wholesale customers remain responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, and other materials supplied to Colors of the Valley LLC may legally be reproduced and used for the requested purpose.

Privacy & Safety

Customer-Provided Content, Copyright & Legal Responsibility

Colors of the Valley LLC respects the privacy of our customers and takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through our website.

When you place an order, request a quote, contact us, or upload files through our website, we may receive information necessary to process your request or order. This may include your name, contact information, billing and shipping information, order information, and files or artwork submitted for production.

Uploaded files may be accessed, stored, transferred, or processed as reasonably necessary to review artwork, prepare an order, communicate with the customer, complete production, process payment, provide customer service, maintain business records, and operate our website and related services.

Our website is operated using Wix and may use Wix and other service providers or payment-processing services to facilitate website operation, transactions, file handling, communications, security, and related business functions. Wix notes that customer information and order data may be handled through its platform and that third-party applications connected to a Wix site may have their own data practices. Customers should not upload confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information unless it is required for the requested printing service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that files submitted to us do not contain personal information that they do not have permission to provide.

We take reasonable precautions to protect customer information; however, no website, electronic transmission, online payment system, or digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Colors of the Valley LLC may retain order-related information and submitted files for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, customer-service, legal, or operational purposes, subject to applicable law and our applicable privacy practices.

By using our website and submitting information or files, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as necessary to provide the products and services you request.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Because many of our products are custom printed using customer-provided artwork, files, text, dimensions, and specifications, our return and refund policy differs from that of retailers selling standard, off-the-shelf merchandise.

We want every order to be produced correctly and to your specifications. Please review your order details and uploaded artwork carefully before submitting your order.

1. Custom-Printed Products

Most products purchased through Colors of the Valley LLC are custom-made to order, including but not limited to stickers, banners, signs, and other printed products.

Because these products are produced specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, orders the wrong size or quantity, or is dissatisfied with the customer's own artwork or design choices.

This does not limit your rights regarding products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or otherwise not provided as ordered.

2. Customer-Provided Artwork and Files

Customers are responsible for reviewing their uploaded files and order specifications before completing a purchase.

Colors of the Valley LLC is not responsible for errors contained in customer-provided files, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling, grammatical, or typographical errors

  • Incorrect colors, images, fonts, or graphics

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork

  • Incorrect dimensions or proportions

  • Missing design elements

  • Incorrect orientation

  • Incorrect quantity, size, or product selection

  • Artwork that appears differently because of differences between digital displays and printed materials

If Colors of the Valley LLC provides a proof for customer approval, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving production.

Once a customer approves a proof, the order will be produced according to the approved proof.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photographs showing the issue and, when applicable, the packaging

  • Any other information reasonably necessary for us to investigate the problem

After reviewing the issue, Colors of the Valley LLC may, at its discretion and as appropriate, provide a replacement, reprint, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Examples of issues that may qualify include:

  • Printing defects attributable to our production process

  • Significant damage that occurred before or during delivery

  • An incorrect product, size, quantity, or specification caused by our error

  • A substantial deviation from an approved proof attributable to our production process

We may request that defective or incorrectly produced merchandise be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

4. Minor Variations

Printed products can have minor variations in color, positioning, trimming, texture, and appearance.

Colors may also appear somewhat different on a customer's monitor, phone, or other electronic display than they appear on the finished printed product.

Minor variations that are inherent to the printing process or reasonably within production tolerances generally do not constitute a defect.

5. Order Cancellations

Because custom orders may enter production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If an order has not yet entered production, Colors of the Valley LLC may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Once production has begun, we generally cannot cancel or refund a custom order unless required by applicable law or the order qualifies under another provision of this policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

6. Orders Delayed by Production or Shipping

We make reasonable efforts to meet the production and shipping estimates displayed on our website.

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, Colors of the Valley LLC will communicate with the customer as appropriate and provide available options when required by applicable law.

Shipping estimates may be affected by production volume, material availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless another method is required or permitted by applicable law.

The time required for a refund to appear in a customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, credit card company, payment processor, or other financial institution.

8. Shipping Charges

Unless the issue resulted from an error by Colors of the Valley LLC or applicable law requires otherwise, original shipping charges and return shipping costs may not be refundable.

If we determine that an order was defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced because of our error, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reprinting, or reimbursement of applicable shipping costs.

9. Non-Returnable Custom Orders

Unless otherwise required by law, the following generally are not eligible for return or refund solely because the customer changed their mind or is dissatisfied with their own submitted design:

  • Custom stickers

  • Custom banners

  • Custom signs

  • Products produced from customer-uploaded artwork

  • Products customized to customer-selected dimensions, quantities, colors, or specifications

  • Other made-to-order printed products

10. How to Request a Refund, Replacement, or Order Resolution

Please contact Colors of the Valley LLC through the customer service contact information provided on our website or at Colorsofthevalleyllc@gmail.com When contacting us, please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced merchandise.

We will review each request individually and communicate the available resolution.

11. Policy and Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Colors of the Valley LLC reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The version of the policy in effect at the time of an order will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for all files, artwork, photographs, images, logos, graphics, text, designs, trademarks, trade names, and other content (“Customer Content”) that they upload, submit, provide, or request Colors of the Valley LLC to reproduce, print, manufacture, or otherwise use in connection with an order.

By submitting Customer Content to Colors of the Valley LLC, the customer represents and warrants that they:

  • Own the Customer Content or have obtained all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and authorizations necessary to use, reproduce, modify, display, and print the Customer Content for the purposes requested;

  • Have permission to authorize Colors of the Valley LLC to reproduce the Customer Content in connection with the customer's order;

  • Are not knowingly submitting material that infringes or misappropriates another person's or organization's copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights; and

  • Have obtained any permissions or releases necessary for photographs, likenesses, personal information, artwork, logos, trademarks, or other protected material included in the Customer Content.

Colors of the Valley LLC does not independently investigate or verify whether a customer has the legal right to reproduce submitted Customer Content. Our acceptance of a file or completion of an order does not constitute a determination that the customer owns or has permission to use that content.

The customer authorizes Colors of the Valley LLC to copy, reproduce, process, prepare, manufacture, print, and otherwise use the Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to fulfill the customer's order and provide the requested services.

The customer agrees that they are solely responsible for any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to Customer Content supplied by the customer, including claims alleging copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unauthorized use of a person's likeness, privacy violations, or other violations of third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Colors of the Valley LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the customer's Customer Content or from the customer's failure to obtain the rights or permissions necessary to submit or reproduce that content.

Colors of the Valley LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an order if we reasonably believe that the requested content may violate applicable law, infringe upon another person's rights, or expose our business or service providers to legal risk. We may request proof of authorization or ownership before proceeding with an order.

Nothing in this section requires Colors of the Valley LLC to investigate or determine the ownership of Customer Content, and nothing prevents Colors of the Valley LLC from taking appropriate action when we receive a credible complaint, legal notice, or other information concerning potentially infringing material.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an order, uploading artwork or files, or purchasing products or services from Colors of the Valley LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Colors of the Valley LLC

Colors of the Valley LLC is a digital printing business that provides custom printed products and related services.

Our products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom stickers

  • Custom banners

  • Other digitally printed products

  • Custom printing using customer-provided artwork or files

Because many of our products are custom-made, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing product selections, specifications, uploaded files, and proofs before approving an order.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data

  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or other harmful material

  • Submit fraudulent orders or payment information

  • Use another person's account or payment information without authorization

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products and services.

An order is not necessarily accepted merely because it has been submitted or because your payment method has been authorized.

Colors of the Valley LLC reserves the right to review, accept, reject, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

  • Availability of materials

  • Incomplete or unusable artwork

5. Customer Responsibility for Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout.

This includes reviewing:

  • Product type

  • Size and dimensions

  • Quantity

  • Colors

  • Text

  • Spelling

  • Images

  • Artwork

  • Uploaded files

  • Shipping information

  • Billing information

  • Any available proof or preview

Colors of the Valley LLC is not responsible for errors that originate in information orartwork supplied by the customer.

6. Customer-Provided Artwork and Content

Customers may upload artwork, photographs, logos, text, graphics, or other materials when placing an order.

By uploading or submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization to use that content for the purpose for which you are requesting our services.

You remain responsible for the content you provide.

Colors of the Valley LLC does not claim ownership of customer-provided artwork merely because the artwork is uploaded to our website or used to fulfill an order.

Additional terms concerning customer-provided content, copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property are contained in our Customer-Provided Content & Copyright Policy.

7. Prohibited Content

Colors of the Valley LLC reserves the right to refuse to print or reproduce material that we reasonably believe:

  • Violates applicable law

  • Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

  • Contains unlawful or fraudulent material

  • Promotes unlawful activity

  • Contains threats or credible encouragement of violence

  • Contains material that we are legally prohibited from reproducing

  • Creates a substantial legal or safety concern for Colors of the Valley LLC

Refusing an order under this section does not constitute a determination that any particular person has committed an unlawful act.

8. Artwork Quality and File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing files that are suitable for the requested printing process.

Colors of the Valley LLC may establish technical requirements for uploaded files, including requirements concerning:

  • File type

  • Resolution

  • Dimensions

  • Bleed

  • Color format

  • Image quality

  • Fonts

  • Transparency

  • Other printing specifications

We may contact the customer if a submitted file cannot reasonably be used for production.

9. Proofs and Customer Approval

When Colors of the Valley LLC provides a proof or digital preview for customer approval, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving production.

Customers should verify all text, spelling, colors, dimensions, images, layout, and otherrelevant details.

Once a proof has been approved, production may begin.

Colors of the Valley LLC is generally not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof and resulted from customer approval.

If a proof is not provided for a particular product or order, customers remain responsiblefor reviewing the information and files submitted during checkout.

10. Printing and Color Variations

Digital printing can involve variations between what appears on a customer's monitor or mobile device and the finished printed product.

Factors such as screen settings, device displays, file color profiles, paper or substrate, ink, finishing processes, and the printing process itself can affect the final appearance.

Reasonable variations in color, trimming, positioning, texture, and other aspects of theprinting process may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

11. Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

Colors of the Valley LLC reserves the right to correct errors and update product information, pricing, availability, or specifications at any time.

If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may contact the customer to discuss the available options or cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.

12. Payment

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method before an order is placed into production unless Colors of the Valley LLC has expressly agreed to differentpayment terms.

Customers authorize Colors of the Valley LLC and its payment-processing providers to process the applicable charges associated with an order.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Any production or shipping estimates displayed on our website are estimates unlessexpressly identified as guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Colors of the Valley LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

However, Colors of the Valley LLC will comply with applicable federal and state requirements concerning shipment delays and customer cancellation or refund rights. Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertisedshipping times and to provide appropriate options when an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe. 14. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom-made, different rules may apply to custom orders than to standard merchandise.

Our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which anorder may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict rights that cannot legally bewaived under applicable law.

Our refund and cancellation policy will be made available to customers beforecompletion of the transaction as required by applicable law.

15. Defective or Incorrect Products

If we make a production error, provide an incorrect product, or an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly.

We may request photographs, the affected product, packaging, order information, or other information necessary to investigate the issue.

If the problem is determined to be attributable to Colors of the Valley LLC, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a reprint, replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to defective merchandise that cannot legally be limited.

16. Intellectual Property Owned by Colors of the Valley LLC

Unless otherwise stated, the Colors of the Valley LLC name, branding, logos, website design, original photographs, original graphics, written content, and other materials created or owned by Colors of the Valley LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit ourproprietary website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customer-provided content remains subject to the terms described in our Customer-Provided Content & Copyright Policy.

17. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and online ordering system available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Website availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, third-party services, hosting providers, payment processors, or othercircumstances beyond our reasonable control.

18. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services and platforms, including website hosting, payment processing, shipping services, analytics, communication tools, or othertechnology.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

Colors of the Valley LLC is not responsible for the independent acts, policies, availability, or practices of third-party service providers except as otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Customer Communications

Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

21. Wholesale and Commercial Orders

Wholesale customers and commercial customers may be subject to additional terms concerning pricing, minimum quantities, payment, production schedules, shipping, and other requirements.

If a separate written agreement is entered into between Colors of the Valley LLC and a wholesale or commercial customer, that agreement may control over conflicting provisions of these Terms to the extent specified in that agreement.

22. Force Majeure

Colors of the Valley LLC will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, supply shortages, transportation disruptions, labor disruptions, government actions, public emergencies, or failures of third-partyservice providers.

This provision does not eliminate any customer rights that cannot legally be limited.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.

Colors of the Valley LLC does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We make no warranties beyond those expressly provided in these Terms or otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a warranty, representation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Colors of the Valley LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising fromuse of the website or purchase or use of our products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Where permitted by applicable law, Colors of the Valley LLC's total liability relating to aparticular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Colors of the Valley LLC for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited orexcluded.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or from customer-provided content that you did not have the right or authorization to use.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Colors of the Valley LLC for matterscaused by Colors of the Valley LLC's own unlawful conduct or matters for which such an agreement would not be enforceable under applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal or othermandatory law provides otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any rights or procedures available to the parties under that law.

27. Changes to These Terms

Colors of the Valley LLC may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on our website with arevised effective date.

Changes generally apply prospectively to website use and orders placed after theupdated Terms become effective, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and agreements expressly referenced in them, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of the Colors of the Valley LLC website and your purchase of products and services, except where a separate writtenagreement applies.
